Ms. QU Xiaochun has received systematic education and training in law and IP fields in School of Law, Tsinghua University. Solid basic knowledge of law and thorough understating of its rules and provisions enable Ms. QU to handle patent application and patent litigation affairs with great adeptness. In Ms. XU’s past intellectual property practices, she had taken cases in fields of electronics and mechanics. She particularly specializes in prosecuting patent applications in mechanical field.

Work Experience
As a lawyer, Mrs. QU has provided a number of voluntary legal aids to social vulnerable groups in fields of civil infringement dispute, contract dispute, and labor injury dispute. Mrs. QU participated in the drafting of intellectual property license contract and related negotiations. She also contributes in the establishment of limited liability companies, being responsible for the drafting of Establishment Agreement and Article of Association. Ms. QU has also worked for many years as an excellent teacher.
